Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of bgok, an online casino and sports betting platform operated under the bgok brand and accessible at bgok.bet. These Terms apply to all services offered on the platform, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports and cricket betting, crash games, fish games, slot games, promotional offers, and account management features. Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use bgok.

bgok reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bgok will endeavour to notify registered players via the platform or by email where contact details are held. Continued use of bgok after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically.

Account Registration and Eligibility

To open a bgok account and use the platform's services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bgok will conduct age verification checks and may request identity documentation at any time.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Registration on behalf of another person or as a legal entity is not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information during registration and update your account details promptly if any information changes.
• You may only hold one bgok account at any time. If you already hold an active bgok account, you must not register a second account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances or winnings may be forfeited.
• You must not be a self-excluded player on bgok or have an active cooling-off period in effect on your account at the time of registration or during account use.

bgok reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend or close any account, or void any transaction where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the eligibility criteria have not been met or that fraudulent, deceptive or abusive activity has taken place. Where an account is closed by bgok due to eligibility breach, any bonus-derived funds held in the account will be forfeited. Genuine deposited funds that are not subject to a wagering requirement will ordinarily be returned to the originating payment method, subject to bgok's fraud and verification checks.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

bgok supports a range of local and international payment methods to serve players across Bangladesh. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently accepted:

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. bgok does not charge fees on standard bKash, Nagad or Rocket transfers, though your mobile wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the payment method used to make the original deposit into the account (the 'same-source' rule). bgok will not process withdrawals to a different mobile number, bank account or card than the one used for the deposit.
• Before any withdrawal request can be processed, the player must have completed KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification by submitting a valid form of photographic identification. This requirement cannot be waived.
• bgok reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the outcome of an investigation where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.

Players are responsible for any tax liabilities that arise in relation to winnings received through bgok. bgok does not provide tax advice. Players in Bangladesh should consult a qualified tax professional if they are uncertain about their tax obligations in relation to gaming winnings.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

bgok offers a range of promotional bonuses including a welcome bonus for new players, reload bonuses, free spins and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the conditions set out below and to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion at the time it is offered.

• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms at the point of issue.
• bgok bonuses are intended for genuine recreational use only. Any use of bonuses in a systematic manner to guarantee winnings regardless of game outcome (bonus arbitrage), or exploitation of promotional terms through collusion or the use of multiple accounts, is strictly prohibited.
• bgok reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn while it is active, bgok will make reasonable efforts to honour the offer for players who have already claimed it in good faith prior to the withdrawal.
• A welcome bonus or first-deposit bonus may only be claimed once per player. Where a player operates multiple accounts with the intention of claiming welcome bonuses multiple times, all associated accounts will be closed and all bonus-derived funds forfeited.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotional offer have a fixed value per spin and any winnings generated are subject to the applicable wagering requirement. Free spin bonuses expire within the time period specified in the promotion, after which unused spins and any unmet wagering requirement attached to them are forfeited.

Responsible Gaming and Account Restrictions

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before the increase is applied.
• Time-out: Players may request a temporary time-out period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a time-out, the player's account is suspended and no bets, deposits or account changes may be made.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is becoming a problem may request a self-exclusion of between 6 months and 5 years. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot ordinarily be reversed during the exclusion period. bgok takes self-exclusion requests seriously and will not send promotional communications to self-excluded players.
• bgok reserves the right to impose account restrictions, deposit limits or account closures where it identifies patterns of play that suggest a player may be experiencing harm from gambling, without requiring a request from the player.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bgok. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and/or legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the house.
• Money laundering, fraud, or depositing funds obtained through illegal means. bgok cooperates fully with relevant authorities in relation to any suspected financial crime involving the platform.
• Collusion with other players for the purpose of defrauding the platform or manipulating game outcomes, including chip dumping in poker or card games.
• Creating or using duplicate accounts for any purpose, including to circumvent a self-exclusion, a suspension, a bonus restriction, or any other account-level restriction applied by bgok.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, display glitch or misconfigured game in a way that results in winnings that would not have been possible under normal operating conditions. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reversed.

Intellectual Property and Platform Use

All content available on bgok — including but not limited to the bgok brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of bgok or its licensed content providers. No part of the platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, uploaded, transmitted or modified in any form without the prior written consent of bgok. Unauthorised use of bgok intellectual property may constitute an infringement of copyright, trademark or other applicable laws.

bgok grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, recreational gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to use bgok for any commercial purpose, to scrape data from the platform, to reverse-engineer any software or game, or to frame or mirror any part of the platform on another website or application.

Limitation of Liability

bgok provides its platform and all services on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bgok expressly disclaims all warranties, representations or conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. bgok does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, free from viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bgok's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their bgok account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bgok shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of opportunity, even if bgok has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Amendments to Terms and Governing Law

bgok reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, bgok will provide reasonable notice to registered players before the changes take effect, either via a notice on the platform or by email. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using bgok and may request closure of your account. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through bgok's internal complaints process may be referred to a competent court or arbitration body as designated by bgok. Players are encouraged to contact bgok's support team in the first instance to resolve any account or platform-related dispute before escalating to formal proceedings.
